1. The design, manufacturing, and acceptance standards adopt ANSIB16.34, E101, or JB/T3595, and the strength and sealing performance fully meet the standard requirements. The valve is subjected to vacuum testing under vacuum conditions, and the overall service life meets the user's requirements.
2. The valve disc is designed to be connected to the valve stem through a rocker, and can self align with the valve's sealing surface to ensure that the sealing surface matches.
3. For different temperatures, the main material is made of carbon steel or high-temperature steel, and the sealing surface is welded with hard alloy.
4. The valve is equipped with a damping hammer, which can balance the power torque of the closing component and prevent the occurrence of non hammering.
5. The sealing surface of the valve seat is tilted at a certain angle to reduce closing time, alleviate impact, and protect the safety of the equipment and pipelines.
6. The inner cavity of the exhaust check valve body adopts a streamlined design, which has a large flow capacity and reduces valve resistance.
7. The actuator is a spring reset cylinder or hydraulic cylinder, and is relatively independent of the valve closing action. The failure of the actuator does not affect the closing action.

Structural characteristics of suction check valve
1. The sealing surface is welded with Cr13 series stainless steel or cobalt based hard alloy, which has good wear resistance and stable and reliable sealing performance.
2. The heavy hammer acts on the pin shaft through an extension rod and a shift fork to balance the heavy torque of the rocker arm and prevent the occurrence of water hammer phenomenon. When the medium flows forward, it helps to open the valve and maintain its stability and reduce vibration during operation.
3. When the medium flows forward, the intake air in the lower chamber of the cylinder works together with the heavy hammer, and the closing valve disc is balanced in the fully open position. When the medium flows in the opposite direction, the lower chamber of the cylinder piston quickly releases pressure, and the valve disc quickly closes within 0.5 seconds.
